Choi Rock recently patched in the ability to apply Recreation Runes to capes. Here are the new maxes for capes levels 60-64 (I'll post the other maxes later, still testing):
•Stats: +20
•HP/SP/MP: +2000
These maximum stats exceed the stats that we'd previously been giving out on Max OJs, so we'll be allowing players who redeemed the June tiered event's max OJ on capes to raise their max OJs to the current levels for free. If you redeemed your Max OJ on a cape from the June tiered, please send us a ticket and we'll upgrade your stats for you.
I apologize that we can't do this for everyone who's used a max OJ on a cape, but we'd be unable to handle the ticket load.
