New Quest Line for ROTCO

Hello fellow Shaiyan!!

The Cryptic One is returning to this realm. Will ye take a stand against him? To prove your worth you will need to complete several quests. These quests are designed to not only test your might but to prepare you for the tribulations of battle against the Cryptic One and his minions.

To begin this quest line you must obtain a mysterious document found only in the Queen Servus and Caput dungeons. Should your document fail to activate the quest, kill more bugs! They have copy machines and know how to use them! Once you have obtained a legitimate document travel to Kanos Illium and find the new NPC's Klaim Setor for Fury and Alec Rodric for Light.


Rumor:

A strange document has been found. You must return this document to a wise man in your faction camp of Kanos Illium.

Trace:

The details of a vilianous plot are revealed. Travel to VR/PR to search for more clues to this plot and put an end to it.

Spirit Exploration (1):

It seems the spirits(Guardian mobs) are awaiting the Cryptic One's return. Travel to the Ales and Lumen areas of Kanos Illium and destroy them. Return your prizes to your faction camp.

Spirit Exploration (2):

The plot thickens. Spirits from the Secreta and Dentatus areas of Kanos Illium are also involved. Eliminate them!

Punishment (1)

It appears as if the Elemental lords themselves are conspiring to return the Cryptic One. Kill Ales and Lumen to thwart their plot.

Punishment (2)

Ales and Lumen are not enough. You must also eliminate Dentatus and Secreta to keep the Cryptic One from returning to this realm.

Chaos Begins:

Travel north in Kanos Illium. Speak with the wise dragon for your final test!

Test:

This is your final challenge before facing the Cryptic One and his minions. To pass this test you will need to slay at least 200 members of the opposite faction! Once this is done return for your key to the new dungeon.


The "key" that you receive in this final quest must be activated before entering the dungeon. To enter the dungeon you must be in a party of at least 5 members (though you will really want to bring more!) and each member must have their own "key" in order to enter. Members of your party without a key will not be permitted to enter the dungeon. Upon entering you will have 3 hours to complete the dungeon and each entry into the dungeon is instanced. So if you leave during the fight don't expect to find your friends waiting for you on your return. If you cannot complete the quest in 3 hours you will be removed from the dungeon and placed back into your faction camp on Kanos Illium. The "key" has a 72 hour cool down. So once you have used a "key" you will need to wait 72 hours before using another.
